How It Works
Boss Kidz Inc. works directly with schools and business professionals to develop local chapters that are run by students and meant to inspire creativity amongst members.
Chapters are designed to have at least two advisors, a teacher, and a business professional from the community. Our two advisor system helps to better connect students with their teachers and to help connect them to local businesses.
Every chapter includes a simple power structure with a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer each position is elected by chapter members and is meant to work together to complete chapter objectives and goals.
Chapter members determine a product or service they can sell, and 90% of the profits earned are distributed to the kids. The kids are then given a certificate to be used at a participating financial institution to open up checking savings or investment account.
The remaining portion of the profits goes to the school and a community-based organization selected by the students.
