Our mission is to inspire students that feel disconnected from school and provide them with a creative, hands-on environment designed to teach them a professional skill set centered around the world of business. Our program is uniquely designed to provide students with a creative outlet that connects them with like-minded peers and allows them to collaborate and even earn a profit!

How It Works
Boss Kidz Inc works directly with schools and business professionals to develop local chapters that are run by students and meant to inspire creativity amongst members. Chapters are designed to have at least two advisors, a teacher, and a business professional from the community. Our two advisor system helps to better connect students with their teachers and to help connect them to local businesses. Every chapter includes a simple power structure with a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer each position is elected by chapter members and is meant to work together to complete chapter objectives and goals.
Chapter members determine a product or service they can sell, and 90% of the profits earned are distributed to the kids. The kids are then given a certificate to be used at a participating financial institution to open up checking savings or investment account. The remaining portion of the profits goes to the school and a community-based organization selected by the students.

We work directly with schools. By partnering with schools directly, we are able to provide students with a safe, familiar environment while also inspiring them to further appreciate school. This partnership also allows for in-school programs which assist students to expand their business knowledge in a way that benefits them and helps them to gain useful business experience under the direction of established business professionals. Students get paired with mentors. Boss Kidz, Inc. operates a business incubator that provides space and resources to help high school and college students start and grow their own businesses. The business incubator also offers paid mentorship and other support services to help students succeed. These paid opportunities include serving as as Boss Kidz Inc Ambassadors and Boss Kidz Talk (BKT) administrators. We also provide financial literacy for young adults and career readiness workshops that help students choose careers that they have the passion and skills to succeed at. We work to provide students with mentors that are meant to inspire and teach them with real world experience. Students are often fascinated by various industries, and by partnering with local professionals, we are able to better inspire students while providing them with real world experience. |

How much does it cost?
Since we are a student-led organization, we simply charge $400 per school year in dues. These dues go to support the local chapter and allow them to purchase supplies and resources and support chapters across the country that may need additional funding.
How do I get involved?
Getting involved is easy and rewarding! Students can either join or start their own chapter with the help of their school; for schools looking to start a new chapter, please Contact Us. What assistance is available to students unable to afford the fees?
Discounted or full scholarships are available. Scholarships will also be given and awarded as incentives and recognition.
What opportunities are available for high school and college students?
We offer paid opportunities for these students to assist us with, content development, social media posting and event planning as a Boss Kidz Inc. Ambassador.
